A BRIEF HISTORY OF MY JOURNEY
Ayurveda and Yoga has made me a better person from inside out. My body is pain and toxins free, and my mind is calmer and more at peace. I cannot imagine anything better in life than being able to reverse all the ailments I had at 26 years of age, and to feel stronger, younger and more vibrant at 37!
For the first 25 years, I had very unhealthy dietary and lifestyle habits that led to severe digestive problems, hormonal imbalances, depression and anxiety, eventually leading to a burnout. As a child, I was overweight and lacked the motivation for any physical exercise. I had spent my years as a teenager and young adult trying to follow a whole variety of diets and forcing myself to go to the gym, but sadly none of my efforts were sustainable.
I started practising Yoga and Ayurveda in 2008 and quickly became very passionate about both as I realised that practicing daily helped me reduce stress, ease digestive ailments and eliminate other health issues I was struggling with.
In the last 10 years, I have returned to school to become a certified practitioner of Ayurvedic Medicine and Dietician, and I have done extensive research on Ayurveda, Nutrition and Yoga.
With lots of patience and perseverance I healed my body and mind, and realised that I would like to use this gift of Yoga and Ayurveda to help others to heal. I have since guided hundreds of people with their struggles with physical and mental health issues. I am confident that when applied correctly Ayurveda and Yoga therapy works for everyone.
