Joining a group class may initially seem like too big a step. For example:
If you are uncertain about your level of practice or because you have a specific health issue
Or maybe you don’t have time for a group class or prefer to practice at home or at work at your own time.
In a private yoga session, the practice is customized to suit your specific needs. This will include yoga poses/practices that suit your body type or poses/practices for any specific symptoms you are experiencing.
For example, if your main issue is back pain; we will develop a sequence of poses most effective for relieving the pain. In some cases, diet and lifestyle suggestions may be required to achieve the best results.
A private session is a perfect tool to restore the balance between body, mind, and spirit. You gain more awareness of patterns and habits causing pain and imbalance in your body.
A private session will help you develop strength, flexibility, self-confidence and a balanced self-practice.
The fee is $40 for an hour. Book and pay 5 classes at once for only $150 ($30 for each class).
On request, private classes can be shared by a maximum of two people. If you would like to take a private class with more than one person, please let me know.
